Raiffeisen Bank International Partners with Wise Platform to Transform Cross-Border Payments for Customers in Central and Eastern Europe
Vienna, Austria, 13 May, 2025 – Raiffeisen Bank International today announces a strategic partnership with Wise Platform, Wise’s global payments infrastructure to transform international payments for personal and business customers across the region. With this partnership, Raiffeisen Bank International joins a strong roster of leading banks choosing Wise Platform to enhance their cross-border payment capabilities and end-to-end experience, driving customer loyalty.
Operating as a universal bank in 11 Central and Eastern European markets, Raiffeisen Bank International will roll out Wise Platform’s industry-leading solution across its network to enable fast, secure, low-cost and transparent cross-border payments for customers in the region.
Raiffeisen Bank’s enhanced offering, powered by Wise’s robust infrastructure, will be available to customers directly from their existing Raiffeisen accounts. Wise Platform is powered by 70+ licenses and six direct connections to payment systems globally, enabling fast and secure cross-border payments to 160+ countries and 40+ currencies, with 65% of payments completed instantly (in under 20 seconds)1.
